We have engineered our development
process to be as painless as
possible by breaking it up into
manageable segments and specific
milestones.
Request for Proposal
- When you're
ready to get started, the first step
is to submit an RFP. If you already
have a formal document prepared,
please feel free to email it to us
directly.
Proposal Development & Contract
Signed - After you submit your RFP,
we'll work with you to develop a
proposal that addresses all of the
details of your web site, including
a breakout of budget figures and a
detailed timeframe. Only after we're
both on the same page will we move
forward, sign the contract, and
begin
development.
Site Development - Depending on the
size of your project, we will
outline several stages of site
development
that may include user interface
design, wire-framing and bug testing.
Once we have a fairly solid product
we
deliver it to you as a beta.
Beta Delivery - When your web site
is close to being complete, we will
deliver a beta version that you'll
be
able to navigate and get familiar
with.
Client Evaluation Period
- Depending
on the size of your project, you'll
have a certain window of time in
which
to evaluate the beta we deliver.
Your feedback in this stage will be
collected and prioritized.
Changes Made Based on Client
Evaluation - Based on your feedback,
we'll make necessary changes and get
your site ready for its final
launch.
Site Delivered for Final Review - At
the end, we deliver to you a
functional web site. Based on the
proposal,
this may include a certain amount of
training or support services.
